Why the passport exists

Your Engineering-grade report, giving you the confidence to engage installers - or walk away - on your terms.

Most heat pump quotes are inflated because installers have to guess.

The Warmur Passport removes that guesswork entirely by doing the complex design work upfront before you ever speak to installers.

It gives you clarity on your home's heating needs, protects you from mis-selling and ensures your installation is low-disruption, affordable and built to last.

What is included?

About the Passport fee & Warmur Network

There is a £250 cost to prepare a Passport because it includes real modelling and technical work.

But if you install through the Warmur Network, the fee is automatically refunded.

Installers in the Warmur Network are selected for their technical competence and work from the same design-grade model you see, so systems are designed properly before anything is sold or fitted.

What this means for you

Turning complexity into clear decisions

Heat pumps are complex systems. Getting them right means balancing heat loss, radiator performance, flow temperature, system size and future energy options, all at once.

The Warmur Passport brings this together into one clear design, so:

  • installers don’t have to assume or over-specify
  • homeowners don’t have to interpret technical reports
  • decisions are based on evidence, not pressure

In short, we handle the complexity, so you don’t have to.

Change only what needs changing

The Warmur Passport replaces assumptions with evidence so you avoid:

  • inflated quotes driven by uncertainty
  • oversized systems and “just in case” design
  • unnecessary radiator, cylinder or insulation upgrades
  • ripping up floors or deep retrofit
  • poor comfort and costly regret later

Your Passport shows exactly what your home needs and what it doesn’t.

The Warmur Passport puts you in control:

  • See which upgrades really deliver savings
  • Get quotes you can trust based on accurate data
  • Avoid costly mistakes with right-sized systems that can save £1,000s
  • Your Passport is yours to keep, reuse and share

Installers stand behind your passport

Because the Passport is based on real engineering, not assumptions, installers can see exactly what your home needs before they quote.

That’s why Warmur Installers use your Passport as the foundation for quoting, with fewer unknowns and fewer surprises.

Installers in the Warmur Network are selected for their technical competence and work from the same design-grade model you see, so systems are designed properly before anything is sold or fitted.

Your comfort. Your cost. Your clarity.

That’s our commitment.
