It gives you clarity on your home's heating needs, protects you from mis-selling and ensures your installation is low-disruption, affordable and built to last.
What is included?
Included in the £250** Passport fee:
- A full 3D Digital Scan of your home
- Engineering heat-loss model
- Heat pump specification
- Room-by-room radiator plan (if changes are needed)
- Optimised system settings
- Energy and bill impact forecast
- Industry-ready floor plan and heating drawings
**Passport fee is fully-refunded should you proceed to install with a Warmur Network Installer.

Ensures contractors know the details of your home, helping to avoid unnecessary delays and making things smoother.
Your Design Report summarises your Home's room-by-room heat loss, heating system design and floor-plan.
It is MCS compliant, but intended for you, the Home-owner, to ensure you know exactly what a Heat Pump installation would require.
About the Passport fee & Warmur Network
There is a £250 cost to prepare a Passport because it includes real modelling and technical work.
But if you install through the Warmur Network, the fee is automatically refunded.
Installers in the Warmur Network are selected for their technical competence and work from the same design-grade model you see, so systems are designed properly before anything is sold or fitted.
